Instructions:
Substrate treatment: Acid treatment, brush washing, drying.
Screen printing: use the screen version of 36T ~ 51T.
Pre-bake: temperature is 75±2°C, time is 40~50mins, hot air circulation is dry.
Exposure: 300-500mj/cm2.
Imaging: imaging solution: 0.9-1.1%, sodium carbonate, temperature: 28-30 ° C, spray pressure: 1.5-3.0 kg/cm2.
Post-baking: temperature is 150 ° C, time is 60 mins, hot air circulation curing.
Due to the special nature of the material, the solder mask oil will not dry naturally. UV curing is required.
The indoor temperature should be controlled at 20-28 degC, and the humidity RH30-60% is the best working environment.
To wipe the wrong substrate, it is recommended to use industrial alcohol or industrial cleaner.
